Did you know? Sri Lanka is the only country to grow true cinnamon or Ceylon cinnamon. The thick hollow bark we mostly use in the U.S. is actually called Cassia.
Organically grown and freshly harvested, our cinnamon is scraped from the bark of the tree and dried in the sun by family and villagers. Then it is made into a powder that has wonderfully sweet flavor that is superb in tea, coffee and dishes.
This is from my family to yours.
